Hydroponics is a method of farming on water with the addition of nutrition in the water itself. The method is easy to operate and is also more efficient than the traditional method with 30% more nutrition in the product than the traditional methods. This method consumes 90% less water than traditional farming. This farming can be done on a small to large scale, from backyard to large farms. The timing of the crop cycle declines as there is 3X times more growth in this technique.
In this technique we use Flat bed of piping arrangement to get the maximum yield on a straight surface. The technique is famous as the maintenance and cleaning process becomes easy. The technique is used for the crops with bigger shoot size and thus need more space to grow.
The Technique is famous for its capacity of getting us the maximum yield in all the Hydroponics system types. Due to the multilayered piping arrangement the yield is maximum in a defined area. But the technique is preferred for the plants with smaller shoot size.
In this technique we use an indoor system setup. Specific Grow lights are used as the light source so that the system can give us a good yield.
It is suitable for any indoor places like Houses, Schools, offices or gyms. The setup enhances the beauty of the place with the productive approach.
This is the Technique majorly used for the Vine crops like Cherry tomatoes, Capsicum, Zucchini etc. Plants having much larger roots are majorly grown with the help of the Dutch Bucket system.
In this system a tray or lid is used over a nutrient filled water reservoir and the crop is suspended from the lid or the tray. This technique is majorly used in Aquaponics system.
In this system a container or a box filled with growing medium (like perlite vermiculite, coco peat, etc ) is used to plant the crop directly.
Nutrient rich water is supplied to the crop using the drip water system.
The Auaponics system is used as the organic medium of growing crops with the help of fishes. Aquaponics is the System in which the nutrient in the water is added by the excreta of the fish. This technique is a combination of Pisciculture and Hydroponics system.
A flat levelled land is required for the commercial setup. The nutrition of the land is not required, so even a barren land would fit for a commercial level Hydroponics setup. The land must have a proper electricity and water connection.
The outer structure is made by GI pipe frames and is covered by either Poly sheet or insect net. So the depending on the covering we can classify the outer structure to either be a poly house or a net house.
The Growing system can be any of the above mentioned types of Hydroponics. We can select any of the growing medium (like perlite vermiculite, coco peat, Clay pallets, etc)
The temperature controlling system will maintain an optimum temperature for the growth of crops. The irrigation system will irrigate or pumps the nutrient solution to the growing system and continuously monitors the moisture
The other additional systems consist of commercial level RO for maintaining the water on low TDS. Chiller plant is used to keep the water cool in the hot and humid region so that the plant can survive the heat.
